PROJECT: Saddle Clamp
This project involved working in concert with Slacan engineering department to develop a new product. Alumco services included:
- Providing prototypes of varying dimensions allowing Slacan to perform strain testing.
- Performed alloy analysis to confirm the most appropriate application.
- Performed tempering tests to establish appropriate strength for the saddle clamp.
