(20×24 plate size) automatic matchplate molding machine with 96 positon Hunter HV 20 mold turntable. Capable of producing up to 100 molds/hour, the Hunter HMP 20 is used for most of our aluminum molding projects.
COOLING TIMES UP TO 1 HOUR
- Moulds are poured and the cooling cycle begins
- Table continues to index, completing one revolution
- Moulds are elevated and pushed onto level 2, 3, or 4
- Cooling continues for up to three more table rotations
- The cooled molds are then discharged to a shake-out
